Privacy Policy
This policy explains what AI Productivity Guides collects when you visit the site, why, and what you can do about it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and pay for it.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account or give us personal details to read our guides. Most of what gets collected happens automatically through standard web tools:
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and how they arrive. This records things like page views, rough location by country or region, browser type, and referring links. We do not use it to identify you by name.
- Advertising. We show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may set cookies to measure ad performance and, where allowed, show ads based on your past visits to this and other sites.
Cookies and browser tools
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We and our analytics and advertising partners use them to remember your choices, measure traffic, and serve ads. The cookie banner on the site lets you accept or decline these tools. If you decline, we hold back the advertising and analytics scripts where we can. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some features may then behave differently.
How the data is used
We use what we collect to keep the site running, see which topics are worth covering, fix pages that are not working, and earn the ad revenue that funds the writing. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not build profiles to contact you directly.
Third parties
Some data is handled by the services we rely on, mainly Google for analytics and advertising. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy terms. You can review and adjust how Google uses data for ads through Google Ad Settings.
Your choices, GDPR and CCPA
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or ask us to delete data tied to you, and to object to certain processing. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what is collected and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, but you can still exercise these rights. To make a request, use the contact page below.
Children
This site is meant for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or the tools we use change. The version on this page is the current one.
